Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sundays 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Our stores open with exceptional hours, on Fridays until 10:00 p.m. To avoid arriving late for your courses on the first day, we recommend that you pick up your rental on the same day of arrival in Sierra Nevada.

Information on total cancellation of service:
If you cancel 72 hours before the start of the service, you will not have any expense and full payment will be made.

Information on returns in case of station closure or accident:
Material rental:

In the event of a resort closure, the proportional part of the amount of the unused ski/snowboard rental days will be returned, deducting 1 day for the equipment delivery and collection service.
In the event that the client decides not to continue with the rental of the equipment, no show or accident, there is no refund.
